When we arrived at 930 pm, we were told our reservation had been cancelled 2 days ago. After the Orbitz staff investigated, they found the motel had overbooked and arbitrarily canceled our room. With no notification. (BTW, the orbitz staff was amazing in taking care of us!) This motel shares a parking lot with a truckstop and backs up to the interstate. I did not review the rooms or cleanliness because we never saw the inside of the room.

While the bed sheets were thankfully clean, the room was not at all what is pictured on the site. The toilet was leaking on to the floor, The sink stopper was laying broken in the sink. The "registration" desk is just the cashier from the convenience store next door. Only upside of this location is the price.

I booked a reservation for this hotel after flying in from OKC and they couldn't find my reservation. I was stranded in the parking lot with no transportation. They apologized two weeks later and said they cancelled it themselves do to construction going on.
