The staff at this property are very welcoming and professional. The rooms are clean and the area safe and well cared for. I am glad I cm across this property while working in Johnson City. It really helped being in an unfamiliar area.

The hotel was close to the expressway and had walking conveniences. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean with a nice sized fridge and microwave. A good place to stay at a great price.

Paid for a non-smoking and got a room that smelt like an ashtray. I got the room for a job site Forman and he refused to stay there because of the unsafe environment, the dank and dinghy feel, and the heavy smoke smell. This was a total waste of money.

It was a place to stay. That’s about all I can say. It was just dirty. The bed was hard. There were some sketchy people too.

The staff was very helfful. We originally had a room on the 2nd floor, but with no elevator and my daughter in a walking boot and unable to climb stairs, the lady at checkin immediatedly changed our room to aground floor with no fuss.

The property was fine... rooms were clean and the a/c worked well. The staff was "too busy with checkouts" to clean our room or replace the towels on the second day.... quite frankly their staffing problems should not be my problem.... all in all for the money I would stay there again....

This property was disgusting and in terrible disrepair! They put us in a subpar room because we were traveling with our registered service dogs. The manager refused to move us to a decently inhabitable room, probably because they didn’t have anything better in the entire facility. The room was billed as non smoking, but had obvious smoke damage on almost every surface like it’d housed a pen full of chain smoking monkeys for a decade, and the blankets all had cigarette burns in them. The manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with and was rude and cussed at us when we had the audacity to complain. The GM never called us back after filing a formal complaint, and the evening attendant was less useful than rest stop toilet paper! I will be leaving photos on their yelp and Google reviews!
