There was poor communication with staff. The hot water heater for our side of the building was apparently not working and nobody informed us until we tried taking a shower to get ready for a wedding we were in town to attend. I had to call the front desk thinking I wasn’t turning the shower on correctly just to be informed the water heater is out. We weren’t informed of this before our stay and wasn’t provided to move rooms.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She informed us that the wing we were staying in had no hot water. They would open a room on another wing if we wanted to shower, but because we book through a third party provider they couldn't exchange rooms for us. They comp'd breakfast but we didn't use it. Frustrating but I appreciate that they tried to accommodate us.

Seeing the rating on hotel.com made me ok to pay more for the premium room and it was not a four star hotel. Room was older and sliding door was dirty and water stained. Bathroom wall paper was peeling off and shower head hardly worked. Beds were so uncomfortable. Was going to stay an additional night but decided no way.

This Red Lion was a nice place to stay. All the stores were close by, and the check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was great. No runny eggs like most places, lol. But the host was so pleasant. We will most definitely stay there again. Kudos to the staff.

Checked in to room 2110 which was listed as a premium room but the carpet was super damaged with major fraying near the bathroom. It was as if at some point the carpet was patched but coming apart. There were dirty black mens underwear found when we closed the curtain of the patio. It was too late to repack and request to be moved. The picture frame on the wall fell off the wall randomly, bathroom fan was super loud and was woken up by the hotel room alarm going off that we didnt set. Brought it up in the morning before checking out and the front desk personnel didnt apologize just simply said ok. Wont be staying here or recommending this location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several issues. The lack of security was concerning, as all outside doors were unlocked and didn't require a key for entry. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarettes, despite being charged a smoking fee. The odor was unbearable, forcing me to purchase an air freshener. Additionally, the carpet was stained throughout the room. At checkout, I was incorrectly charged for breakfast, despite declining it when booking through Expedia. Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing and fell short of expectations.
