The beds are hard as rocks, walls are paper thin and can hear every word and step people take as you try to sleep. Horrible experience

Got to hotel really late that day. Greeted by helpful staff. Room was clean. Bathroom had pocket door that was difficult to close if you accidently push it all the way open. Breakfast is taken away at 9AM, no grab and go. Don't stay here if you don't plan on waking up early. So not going to stay here again.

Room had a moldy smell when we entered, we opened the window in an attempt to air it out. Whatever cleaning products that are used are overpowering when you walk in to front desk.

Dirty, smelled like cigarettes

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the strong smell of cigarettes, especially in the elevator, eventhough they make you agree to a no smoking no pet policy. When we got in the room there was a musty smell as well. The sheets and pillows appeared clean, but the cover on the comforter had some stains and even some visible dirt or something brown on them. The curtains also had brown smears of something on them. Probably the grossest thing we saw was some kind of white thick gunk under the plastic wrapped cups on the tray with the ice bucket. I wish I had taken pictures, but I didn't think to do so. We were only staying one night and we were tired so we made do, but we would not stay here again.

I’ll start with the cons: - Upon walking into the room it smelled of mildew. I turned off the AC unit which seems to stop the smell from recirculating in the room. - The toilet reservoir would fill up in short “spurts”. - Walls are paper thin. I can hear everyone’s conversations Pros: The bed was comfy and warm.
