Hotel is tired and outdated. Needs maintenence as chipped walls, frayed carpets, bad paint job. Stick in the 90's. Breakfast is fair but nothing to remember.

This is a fabulous hotel which is under new management. Overall hotel is excellent including a fabulous location next to the sea. The only thing I will point out is that as this hotel does not obviously attract English visitors the staff struggle to understand but this does not takeaway from anything they do to make your stay exceptional and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Stayed at the family suite, large, clean and had two spacious rooms and a decent sized bathroom. The staff is amazing, friendly and kind, really felt at home. Breakfast is generous, fresh and tasty. Front line to the beach and the restaurant is probably the best in Skala, and we ate at almost all of them… The AC is a little loud and so is the pool at some times but it varies according to the guests. All in all the best hotel in Agistri!

Excellent boutique hotel. Excellent location. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Tasos is the name of the bell boy who was not only taken care of my any questions regarding the amenities, but also was taken care of the pool and kept it pristine.

Only downside was the pool area didn't open until 11.00am.

Premium location and staff. Hope to return.

Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Always a pleasure staying at Heritage Hill Hotel. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the hotel is in great shape and condition.
