It’s a nice big space, with a big table, an ample shower and loo including a washing machine, and a little kitchenette with a fancy espresso machine (with only 2 pods provided, and we were unable to find more which fit the machine in the shops). It’s in a very central location in the little lanes in the old Ghetto near the Piazza Unità d’Italia. Hence, it’s charming but hard to find, and the instructions did not help us find it. Cars and taxis cannot get all the way to the door, though it’s not far from a drop off/pick up point. Check-in is via zoom on a panel by the door. The lady who checked us in on the screen was very helpful but was initially tied up on another call. We are old fogies and much prefer a real person, from whom we can ask questions about the locale, and get maps etc. There were no maps or tourist information provided in the flat, but the Tourist Office is very nearby and of course Google & Google Maps. And a screen in the window would be helpful, as there are a few mosquitoes around. However, the flat was clean, airy and pleasant.
