Hot tub didn't work during our stay and the staff seemed indifferent when approached with an issue. Our bathroom floor was also VERY sticky, but we did not complain and instead chose to mop it ourselves with one of the room rags... Wasnt the worst stay that we have had someplace but could've been a bit better.
