Hôtel impeccable!

Incroyable hotel de bord de mer à Anse à l’ane avec un accès direct sur la plage. Chambre entièrement rénovées et confortable. Service impeccable. Nous avions reservé pour 2 nuits mais sommes finalement restés 4.

Hotel rénové avec des chambres spacieuses, même si la piscine n'est pas énorme il y a un accès à la plage ce qui permet d'alterner entre picine et plage. La chambre est bien décorée, la literie est bonne.

L’hôtel est de bonne qualité et les équipements récents. En revanche la gestion administrative est un enfer, facturation avant mon arrivée sur la mauvaise carte bancaire, erreur sur le montant de facturation (j’attends toujours un remboursement), impossible d’obtenir une facture !!!! Un mois après mon retour je n’ai toujours pas de facture pour la déclaration de mes frais professionnels. Une aberration !!!!

L’accueil était plutôt froide; nous avions réservé « vue sur mer »; en arrivant, on nous averti que c’est complet et qu’on pourra nous accommoder au rez-de-chaussée! Nous avons fermement avisé qu’il faudra nous rembourser la différence. Le lendemain, on nous transfert à l’étage, suite dont nous avions réservée et payé pour. Un petit sourire en arrivant plairait aux touristes au lieu d’un visage raide!

Séjour en famille vraiment agréable. Un loupé à notre arrivée car la reservation expedia/hotels.com n’etait pas remontée dans leur registre. Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre vue mer, mais nous avons ete relogé dans une suite familiale tout aussi agreable, si ce n’est mieux (chambre séparée). Le geste commercial a été offert(petit dej offert). Espace parfait. Manque un balai pour nettoyer quand on mange dans l’appart. Mais le menage est fait tous les jours (ou 2 jours).. Piscine parfaite pour toute la famille... Plage a côté... Boulangerie à côté... Sejour parfait!!!
