Do not book this hotel ** warning**

Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course). I contacted the hotel immediately but the wouldn’t help me move my reservation. If this is how they treat all customers beware!

Fantastisk hotell

Helt fantastisk hotell, frokost og personale, eneste å utsette på hele oppholdet var hvordan vi ble møtt av resepsjonisten som var en kvinne med svensk aksent. Hun virket lite bejelpeøig og imøtekommende. Ellers virkelig fantastisk! Vi kommer igjen!
