Mediocre but ok for a night.
Aging property in need of a renovation It's a very small room for three people, The crazy thing about that is they actually had a bunkbed above the pullout bed so four people could share this miniature room. The main beds were OK, the third extra bed was hard as a board. Room itself was extremely hot at night with no ability to open a window, other than maybe an inch and no air conditioning in the room. If you open the window and you're staying there in the summer, you have to close the blinds because otherwise you were sleeping in a bright room and when you close the blinds, there is zero airflow so that was difficult. He needs to get people a fan. The breakfast is OK the positive, it's in a really great location walking distance to everything. The front desk staff is helpful.

Excellent hotel.
We only stayed one night. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms very comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the centre of town, so great location too. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and beautifully presented. We did not eat buffet dinner (Monday - Thursday - though the food looked delicious)

Need some renovating
Amazing view on the Cathedral (a clean window would've made it even better). Great breakfast. Staff at reception very helpful and professional. This earns a good review, but.... I found the TV bearing on. The hand soap was completely empty; small detail in a bigger picture: had the room actually been cleaned? It seems so and they got me the soap in the end. The room (and the hotel) looks in need of some reparing here and there. Quite cold even with the heating at full steam. Luckily I could use the other duvet. I'm not new to Northern climate. I didn't mention anything. I was staying only two nights and didn't want anyone in my room. In general I found it overpriced. But the potential is good.
