The room was clean but a little small. The beds are not queen size, they are full size. It needs a little renovation. The room had a weird old smell. The toilet seat was pealing and the shower was hard to figure it out, the cold side is warm and the warm cold. The property is cute.

Wife found bundle of human hair on top of her bed sheet. We had issue with the partially clogged sink. Staff was responsive and fix the issue. They have love music at night and food and beer!

We enjoyed staying here. We stayed in one of the small cabins. It's a one room, personal bathroom cabin. It was somewhat rustic, which is exactly what we wanted. They also had sites for camping and campers/RVs on the other side of the property. Right across the parking lot was a pool and also Showdowns, their on-site restaurant (opens at 5pm). There is outside seating with a firepit going. There is also inside seating and live country music every night. The food was good and so was the beer. Very convenient dining. The staff at the front office was very friendly and helpful. They have complimentary coffee and ice water. Also a small souvenir shop. The town is a small town about a mile and a half from Bryce Canyon, the way the crow flies. There is a trail in Tropic that you could hike to get to the amphitheater in Bryce Canyon. It's also about a 15 minute drive to the park. The town of Tropic had anything you needed - a few restaurants, gas, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely recommend this place.

All 3 beds sucked! They felt like the old spring beds. Thin cheap toilet paper! WiFi extremely spotty. Everything else was great. We keep coming back if that tells you anything.

We were just spending the night after a day of visiting Brice Canyon national park, heading to Capitol Reef in the a.m., so this was conveniently on the way. However, it was a bit disappointing. First, the receptionist was great. But the buildings themselves are quite old, and this place is in need of renovation. My room had a definite floor tilt - maybe 10 degrees in some places, which was very disorienting. Tiny - maybe 200sf? Furnishings/fixtures were definitely pretty cheap. Not a great stay, and I could'nt recommend this place. I'd look at one of the several other places around the tiny town of Tropic, where this is located. But, I guess it's a seller's market for the National park circuit.

The parking lot outside the cabin is tight, and there is no fan in the bathroom, so after a shower the inside of the bathroom gets humid, and the smell does not go away if you do not open the bathroom door for the air from the air conditioner to go to the bathroom to get rid of the smell. it smells like a bathroom, and the room there's not even a coffee maker or pen and paper and the toilet paper is so cheap it's like sand paper. Also the interior of the cabin needs improvement.

Property was very country like. Loved the atmosphere. Motel rooms were smaller than pictured. Showers were a little small if you are a big person you will not able to turn around. All in all it did what we needed. Very open area to walk a round, and eat lunch and dinner at showdown’s restaurant.
