When we arrived the manager on duty, Melody, was extremely rude and would not even look at myself or my husband, she was cold and very unfrendly. We were informed, upon arrival that the elevator was down and that we would have to use the stairs, which was fine for us but what about others who may not be able to use the stairs. We were also told upon arrival tbat we would need to pay $50 for "incidentals" none of which we were told at booking, lastly we had to pay for self parking...parking in a parking lot that was not monitored.
