The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful when I had trouble getting my ride app to find me and pick me up. If you have mobility issues, be aware that the entrance is very steep. I'm 65 years old, and I found it challenging to go up and down the hills leading to the property, especially with my bags. Fortunately there was always someone around to help with my large suitcase. The upside is that the city views were spectacular, especially from the terrace.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is exceptionally clean, with stunning views and a perfect location in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to the famous sulfur baths. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The cocktails served on the 7th-floor terrace were amazing, and the food was outstanding. Every evening, we enjoyed the breathtaking views and wonderful atmosphere from the terrace. A very special touch was the warm welcome we received at check-in. We were gifted traditional Georgian sweets and a bottle of Georgian wine, something we have never experienced at any other hotel. It made us feel truly welcomed and added a unique local touch to our stay. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the only thing I can say is that the staff members were genuinely amazing! One night, my AC stopped working, and as soon as I told them, they came, looked it over, and had it fixed within minutes. Now, I'll talk about the room. It was dirty. There were hairs all over both beds from the previous guest. Also, part of the floor was wet when I checked in, and when I took off my shoes, I realized. There were two small spiders in the bathroom, too. If you stay at this hotel, make sure to check the bed at check-in.

Overall, you get a clean room for a pretty low price. No fancy stuff, no facilities, no amenities, you get what you pay for. The only major downside to be aware of is the bar next door. They are allowed to play loud music till 11pm. Be prepared if you are noise sensitive.

George and the staff were truly amazing at this boutique hotel. Its in the historical and cultural quarter. Hotel is small and in a wonderful location. My mother is disabled and when I realised there be stairs, normally hotel.com can be very inflexible. They were very kind and offered a full refund. It actually made me want to stay

We had a little misunderstanding about the room at the check in which was frustrating as we arrived in the middle of the night. The next morning the staff immediately wanted to accommodate and correct the issue. They are genuinely very nice and helpful. All three ladies that we meet during our stay. Wonderful experience!

We have been taken care of by the property owner right from the start. The apartment is modern and comfortable and super clean. It was an absolute pleasure to stay and rest there.
