Tsing Yi Vacation Packages

Perfect location and quiet. Convenient to public bus and ferry service for what I had planned for on this trip.

Good location, many restaurants around, supermarket is Los near by. The 24hrs gym from next door is accessible and that gym has many equipments.

Lovely hotel, great location and very clean!

So difficult to contact staffs.Took me 1 hour for waiting for someone to come to get me in due to forgot my room key inside.

The location of this place is very central in Jordan in Kowloon. As such, its easily nearby so many places. Its walkable as well, with the exception of Nathan Road. You need to use an underpass walkway to cross or have to walk around a long route to cross Nathan. Temple night market is very close. So is the Hawkers Circle Dai Pai Dong. Lots of choices for dining. Also, close to the Hong Kong MTR subway and many buses. What I did not like about the place was the poor WiFi signal and bandwidth. It would constantly fail and I would need to reset my wifi every few minutes. Also, the room condition was poor. It needs some major renovation, repair, and cleaning. The cleaning staff was nice though, and if you speak Hong Kong Cantonese... they treat you even better. There were little to no amenities and we needed to ask for things like small towels. Overall, I would not stay here again, as there are other hotels a little further away that are better, nicer, and share the same walkable access and location.

Great location

This hotel was terrible. The paint was peeling in multiple location, there was a terrible odour in the room and worst of all there was mold in the shower. When speaking with the staff, they offered no solution and the only other available room had very similar problems. (In particular the mold) They were extremely unhelpful when I showed the photos and locations with mold. In the end I asked to just be refunded but they refused. I had to eat the loss and find another hotel. Do not stay here, it is not worth the slightly cheaper price for the massive issues at this hotel.
