The two bedroom suite is very spacious but needs some much needed renovation. The repairs made around the unit, especially bathrooms, do not appear to be done professionally. The beds are comfortable and the unit is clean. Housekeeping also does a good job and are very friendly.

I was dropped off by the taxi at the back door of the hotel, this door lead through a shopping area before you reach the hotel lobby on the 3rd floor. You must know the area before you select this hotel. In addition, there is no shower stall in this hotel. All the hotel setting in the bathrooms are bath tubs with shower overhead. It was rather inconvenient to some senior travelers like myself.

Recently stays was cut a lot of services -- No drinking water provide( HKGov't asking limited the plastic used, but HOTEL should provide Glass Bottle waters instead ! ) Very limited of sanitary supplied Room Clean up every other day some electric outlets are no working *** Water for shower is VERY VERY VERY WEAK !!!!

There are many dining options near the hotel, either in the mall below it or surrounding the hotel itself. What we did not appreciate was discovering that some rooms are not as well maintained as the others. Our third room on the 29th floor was the best as it looked almost newly renovated. The first two rooms were average at most. The hotel is walking distance to 2 MTR stations on the red line (Tsuen Wan line), and it’s a straight train down towards more central locations like Central and Tsim Sha Tsui. There is also a hospital located nearby. The walk is not the most straightforward, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service for hotel guests to Mongkok and TST, so that was a nice option that we used almost daily to save us travel time and paying for public transport. Not my first choice for accommodation, but if you do not mind traveling to the central areas daily, then it might be worth considering.

Our room was quite old and the bathroom was subpar. It felt more like a discount motel in the US than a Hotel. I definitely would not stay here again. There are better options in Kowloon for about the same price.
