利き酒セットはすごくいいと思う。鯉の餌も宿泊者は無料サービスも良い。館内外客室と清潔感がありスタッフの対応も丁寧だった。セルフとは言えフロントに声を掛けると丁寧に説明してくれるし困った感じだと直ぐ声がけしてくれてお客様をちゃんと見ていて親切さが伝わった。 施設の規模的に浴場が小さいのはもったいないと思った。混雑時は利用制限が必要かもしれない、私は貸切状態だったので贅沢でした。せっかく現代的な綺麗な設備なのでその点だけは改善が必要かもしれない。特に週末や繁忙期などは。後は大満足です。ありがとうございました。

旅館を改装されたそうですが、非常に居心地がいいです。夕方にはフロント前でお酒がフリードリンクになっています。こんなサービスは他には見たことがないので驚きました。浴場は小さめですが、気持ちのいい温泉です。周辺も静かでゆっくりできます。おすすめの宿です。

便利なところにあり、部屋も快適でした。朝食のみつけたプランで、朝食がとても美味しかったです。津和野観光の参考にできる名所のカードがロビーにあったり、工夫が凝らされていて楽しかったです。部屋にはお風呂はなくて最上階の温泉に行きました。綺麗で温泉なので良かったのですが、洗い場が少なく狭めなことだけはちょっと不便かなと思いました。平日で混み合わない時間に入ったので問題ありませんでしたが、混んでいたら順番待ちになりそうだな、と。他は満足です。
