I stayed for one night. At check-in, the young lady at the front desk received a call regarding another customer's accommodation and kept me waiting for over 10 minutes. She processed my payment, handed me the keys, and gave directions to my room hastily because she was still on the phone. After realizing I had already paid through Expedia, I informed the same staff member, who told me I needed to request a refund from Expedia. As a result, I spent the next hour trying to resolve the issue (I eventually received the refund 10 days later). Overall, the hotel is modest and has all the essentials, with a limited but included breakfast. The staff, however, needs serious improvement; I’m sorry to say she seemed quite incompetent.
