Very convenient large airport hotel; easy walk to either domestic or international side - especially the direct access from lobby level to international departures! Dining options were very good and the in house spa was a treat. You wouldn't want to spend your entire vacation here, but this Novotel is super comfortable to bookend a trip that has late arriving flight and/or early departure.

This is an ideal hotel at which to stop after or before a flight from Denpasar. We had been travelling for 24 hours and did not feel up to dashing to make a ferry to Nusa Lembongan. So we stopped at the Novotel. We booked an executive room granting access to the lounge. This was ideal for us as we did not want a full meal after all that flying. Rooms were comfortable and quiet despite it being an airport hotel.

It's all about location: walk for 5 minutes from picking up your baggage and you're there. It's an airport hotel and not a resort. Nice pool though.
