some type of tiny flying bug in bathroom. Captured one to provide to front desk staff. Bathroom needs a deep clean. TV remote did not work. They replaced but when they left the new one still did not work. Double layer window shades would be better. Given the current shade was all or none. A sheer curtain would allow for light in but the whole window did not need to be completely exposed.

Room door appeared to have been recently broken into. Door has recent repairs and there were shoe scuff marks along door and frame. Also, key lock and safe did not work properly. The sinks were not draining and TV remote barely functioned. I paid close to two hundred for an overnight stay. All was reported to staff and response was ,"sorry for the inconvenience". I am extremely disappointed.

We check in like nothing is wrong, only to go to the room we were given and find that it is already occupied! Straight up walked in on another guest. Went back, got a new room and a barely there apology, but there is garbage in the cans and a dirty towel on the sink. We decide to let it go, the beds are clean and its only one night, but we noted this. Then one of us goes downstairs to get our stuff outside of the car. There is a woman with two preteens heading to the pool. By the time the stuff is out of the car they have been kicked from the pool because the kids (who are now understably crying) were laughing "too loud "at 7:30pm on a Saturday. The amenities in the room also do not work correctly. The TV only show that there is no signal, and the wifi code we were given was near illegible and lead to a loading screen that never progressed. We have not even made it to breakfast yet and I can tell you this place is terrible. Do not stay here.
