Beautiful Apartment Hotel
Beautiful studio apartment close to Old Town and Neckar Bridge. It was very modern, clean, with a small kitchen and lots of storage. This hotel was within walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. Around the corner from train station and bus terminal. I would definitely stay there again.

The check-in lady is unclear about who the paying customer is. If you enjoy being barked at and accused of lying this is your place to stay. No parking anywhere close. Best to be avoided.

Das Aufenthaltskonzept kommt meinen persönlichen Ansprüchen sehr entgegen. Es ist ähnlich den Motel-Konzepten in den USA: jedes Zimmer ist von außen zugänglich (in den Stockwerken 1 bis 4 über einen Balkon). Das Einchecken und Auschecken ist sehr komfortabel, unabhängig davon, ob die Rezeption besetzt ist. Die Anleitung, wie man in das Zimmer kommt, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, ist super. In der kleinen Küchenecke ist mehr vorhanden als nur ein Wasserkocher: auch 2 Ceran-Herdplatten und eine Mikrowelle .... und Besteck und Pfanne etc. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Tübingen bin ich mir sicher, dass ich wieder Cloud No7 Studios buchen werde.

Spätes Check-in ist Dank voller Digitalisierung kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind modern und hell eingerichtet. Bei Check-in war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Es gibt zwar eine pantry Küche, aber es gab nur ein Messer, Gabel, Teller usw. Die Rezeption ist allerdings auch nur von 8 bis 17 Uhr besetzt. Dh bei Anliegen außerhalb dieser Zeiten, was durchaus vorkommen kann bei einer Dienstreise, kann man diese nicht adressieren. Da ich mich selbst versorgen wollte aufgrund meiner Glutenunverträglichkeit, war dieser Punkt nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer werden außerdem nicht gereinigt. Mein Zimmer war sehr warm und ließ sich nur schwer lüften. Bei geöffneten Fenstern, ist es extrem laut und Schlafen kaum möglich.

Unterkunft ohne Fahrstuhl, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlag
Bei dieser Unterkunft funktioniert der Check In ziemlich einfach über ein Tablet vor Ort. Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt und die Unterkunft war unglaublich stickig und heiß. Auch durch stundenlanges lüften bekam ich keine Temperatur im Zimmer, welche es mir ermöglichte ruhig zu schlafen. Bei der Küche fehlte ein Kühlschrank, was wirklich blöd ist, wenn man extra eine Unterkunft mit Küche bucht. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren nicht sonderlich bequem. Insgesamt fand ich das Zimmer aber modern, das Bett war ganz gut. Die Lage ist wirklich klasse für den Preis. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft Menschen empfehlen, die an einem kühlen Tag mit dem Zug anreisen und keine schweren Koffer oder andere Beeinträchtigungen haben.
