Super séjour! La chambre était très propre et l’hôtel est très bien situé! Le personnel était toujours disponible. La terrasse est très belle et c’est très agréable d’y prendre le déjeuner! Beau séjour, j’y retournerai lors de mon prochain passage à Mexico City!

The staff were kind, helpful, and communicative from the moment I made the reservation through WhatsApp. The room was gorgeous and clean. Very comfortable. It was truly an escape from city.

The hotel was well located I. The centre of Mexico making it easy to use as a base for local excursions. There was a cliche to start as we had asked for a vegan breakfast and it was limiting - we asked for avocados as there was no real choice and the staff were looking to charge us. I was unimpressed. The 2 nd day the manager had shared it was okay and would provide us with gluten free bread and avocado which was great The spa was lovely and gym had more than enough equipment. Was a great hotel.

Unbeaten location in Centro historico 3 min walking distance to Zócalo 3 min to Bella’s artes 2 min to Torre Latinoamericana Walking distance to restaurant, stores an emblematic places We love this hotel It was perfect for me and my family Also super close to the subway!!!!

The room was fairly clean. Staff was nice. It's a great area for business and shopping as well. Definitely not a vacation hotel, more of a just a place to sleep, shower and head out.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Historic Downtown of MDCX. The property has been there since 1500's and was once a hospital. The architecture was absolutely gorgeous and like stepping back in time. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. The whole hotel was extremely well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast included every morning was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who are wanting to stay somewhere different. I would stay here again.
