Room was what I expected. Bed was comfy, nice pillows and towels. Showed slight signs of wear on furniture and walls. Bathroom floor was not cleaned well, but it wasn't disgusting by any means. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee, nice enough gym, and large pool. Not many decent dining options nearby. Close to Walmart and Dunkin.
The staff was amazing. Aaron at check-in explained everything so well. Angel and Stacey were also very accommodating. The young lady on Saturday night helped us because there was not enough shampoo and the dispenser and she came all the way up to the room and replaced it for us.
Aaron at the check-in desk was amazing. He realized that we had 2 different accounts for stays and he helped to combine both. We have stayed here in October for several years, and have always had superb service and the friendliness of the staff is unparallel. We look forward to coming again.
