This used to be one of the worst hotels, but it has been cleaned up. One of the best mattresses I have had in a hotel for a long time. Great stay.

Our stay could not have been better!

While we have traveled to this area for years this was our first stay at this location. We were so happy that we have found a place that we can return to on future trips and know that we will be delighted with our stay. The amenities and staff were top notch! The rooms have all been modernized with plenty of USB ports for device charging and a large screen TV, fridge with a freezer and microwave, coffee maker and an onsite laundry and gym. In addition to all that we had a made to order breakfast from a menu with lots of choices, made fresh for us at a time that we designated. In addition they also have beer and wine available in the early evening, all as part of the very reasonable room fee! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. If you are visiting the area, or just going for a long trip down Hwy 24 in Tennessee and need a nice place to stop, this is it!

Wow, what an unexpectedly superior experience! From the check in phase to the check out phase and everything in between, the team at LX were customer focused in every possible way. The complimentary custom breakfast each morning was a wonderful departure from the racks of cereal and stale pastries I've encountered with other properties and it was served piping hot!! I can't say enough about the property managers who set the bar for their kindness, professionalism and service hearts. I was made to feel that I was important to them and that's not something I encounter often. Lastly, I strongly urge those looking for lodging in the Manchester, TN area to seek out LX property and book a room. You won't be disappointed!!

The service went above and beyond I was supplied with food beyond the breakfast designated time due to the work schedule that I had. The staff is friendly and very helpful! Everything is tip top shape. The only thing I faulted was the fact the laundry is out of order. Besides that everything is clean, plenty of parking spaces including electrical vehicles can be charged there as well! I appreciate the services.

Very nice place.

Room was smallish, but comfortable. AC did not seem to dehumidify as well as it should. Room and bathroom were very clean and TV was large with a very good picture. Breakfast and service were excellent. In all a very nice place.

This stay is a five star recommendation from us! Amazing rooms, incredible service, and overall, one of the most pleasant places we have ever stayed. Check in was smooth and upon check in you are asked if you want a cook to order breakfast. You choose three items from a menu, a beverage, and a breakfast time and they cook to order for you. The beds were the best I have ever experienced with many super fluffy pillows on our king size bed. The shower is a massager with wand which is a hotel luxury we rarely find. The area around it is very quiet and in a beautiful residential area. There is a happy hour with free beer and wine from 5-7. A reflexology foot massager welcomes you if you have been traveling or walking and need a foot rub. It is not right on the highway but once we exited it literally only took two minutes to arrive. Very well worth not listening to highway noise all night. The shower amenities such as lotion, shampoo, etc were wonderful and the fridge was perfect. We are pretty picky about where we sleep on our trips and this far exceeded any expectations we have especially given the extremely reasonable price. Wonderful people and hosts. They are truly accommodating people who genuinely care about offering their guests the best in comfort. We will be back. Thank you.
