The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful with knowing of things to do in the area. Best motel coffee I have ever had. Will stay here again for sure.

Was a little noisy with a young girls party in meeting room across the hall from us. Ended at 8 PM. Then at about 845 AM for some unknown reason our room cards were deactivated. Checkout is 11 AM.

Best hotel so far this year.
I've stayed in quite a few hotels this year and this one has been the best by far. Location was great. Beds comfortable and not dirty or stained. No bugs, which was a major plus seeing as 8 out of 10 I have stayed at did have bugs. Whole hotel smelled clean, another plus. Housekeeping was definitely on point. Quick check in and the guys checking in and out were both nice and cordial. Couldn't have asked for any better from a hotel. When a hotel has an almost full parking lot every night even though no holiday or special event going on you know they gotta be doing things right.

First, we have stayed here twice. It’s clean but our room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Second, we asked for help with putting closed caption on our tv (my husband is mostly deaf). The staff person told us it was not “in the package” yet the tv in the lounge, which he was watching, had closed captioning. Surely Microtel can do better!!!!
