Room had dead bugs in the corner on the floor. Someone was riding a riding lawn mower outside in the parking lot until about 9:30 the first night. I declined housekeeping the first morning at 10:30 am because I had just woken up and later went down to try to get clean towels for the next morning and was told that I could not get a clean washcloth or hand towel but could only get two towels. She asked me if I wanted my dirty washcloth back??? I declined. Second night there were quite a few men outside making noise and playing music right next to my room. There wasn’t even a waste basket in the room. Very disappointed.

This hotel was pretty convenient right next to a Kroger. The staff (I believe it was the manager the whole time) was kind and accommodating. However, the hotel overall needed a serious deep cleaning. The blankets and sheets had stains, the walls (especially common areas) were filthy. The manager had to chase away a man (possibly homeless) who was sleeping under the stairs. It just needs a complete overhaul.

The stay was wonderful and courteous. Hotel does need to invest in more towels and bigger pool towels. I would recommend the pool getting cleaned, patched and painted. Other than that, this is my hotel for future stays.

Tv didn’t work. Breakfast was missing juice. Waffles didn’t cook totally. The keys deactivated @ 9am on last day although checkout was 11am. No one told me keys would deactivate at 9am

Rooms were pretty clean. Not enough towels and night manager was stingy with them and the pool towels. Person next door was bothersome (local sheriff’s office has a habit of renting rooms there for people that just got out of jail). Had to get ugly with him. Other than that stay was average. Housekeeping staff were nice and quite helpful.

The door did not latch locked unless you lifted the door up, which we didn't know until someone from house keeping barged in without having to use a key card bc they thought it was another room and was then like "oh theres a secret to latching your door". The water had to be ran for 5 minutes to even get warm for bathing. The rooms needed better cleaning, there were cobwebs and bugs. Both mornings the breakfast was decent but they didnt check it often enough so there would be plates but no napkins or silverware. The pictures of the facility are misleading. The pictures make the rooms look well kept and updated, they are not.

This place was an absolute nightmare..,, for starters the room was absolutely filthy. See photos. There was no iron in the room. There was no bath mat to step on when exiting the shower; I went to the front desk to obtain one and was told we don’t have any of those and said “use a pool towel” and provided me with a pool towel. I asked for two,additional,washcloths and was told “I don’t think I have two”. I went down to the eating area for breakfast and took one look at the sink that appeared to have not been cleaned or touched in months! Disgusting is putting it nicely. The overall environment would be described as a location for the local drug users to get their fix and that’s me saying it nicely. I would NEVER stay here! We ended up staying with friends.

Blood spatter on the bathroom door, shower head leaking which splatters water on bathroom floor, bathroom door doesn’t latch, cigarette burn holes in sheets in a non smoking room, remote control sticky substance all over it, etc. We arrived 15 minutes early and was told we had to wait until exactly 3 p.m. to check in, very rude pink hair lady at desk. She wanted to spend time with her friends in parking lot. Awful place.

When I got to the room, there was no towels or washcloths the vending machines did not work. The ice machine did not work. I found a dirty washcloth in the bathtub you could see daylight between the door and the wall.
