Friendly staff and nice room. My only complaint would be the parking. The shared garage somewhat under the hotel has no signage saying where to go. We left the garage because we weren’t sure if we even could park there. We circled the area 3 times before finding the street entrance, upon entering the gate, again there is no signage and it is single lane. We first drove to the side of the building to go around because a vehicle was pulling out. We needed to then turn around because the side led to the patio. Side note- not to sound heartless, and it is not the hotel’s fault; but there were numerous homeless in front of the library on the way in/out. Although we did not experience any issues with them, it was a little unsettling to walk past them day and night. It was very apparent that many of them were on drugs.

I booked and paid for this room for my son in an emergency situation. The room was booked and he arrived shortly after and wasnt allowed to check in because he's only 18. And we were denied a refund. But I still had to get him another room. His water pipes were frozen at his house and he was soaked from getting the water shut off. He was Frozen and needed a shower to warm up and dethaw. Life happen and this situation was handled very poorly. Not to mention there wasnt any parking so he had to walk several blocks to and from the hotel in sub-zero temps after he couldn't check in.

Hotel was nice conveniently located right next to the arvest convention center, which is where we had the meat so it worked out. Perfect it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel. I wish the instructions for that would’ve been a little clear overall good stay stinks that it doesn’t have any food really on site though and no breakfast and you have to pay for the parking
