The room and service was great! The manager was also great! We ended up needing a sheet and the front desk got the sheets for us right away. She informed us there was no overnight housekeeper. Which was perfectly fine for us, as we disnt expect anyone to remake the bed at 1am. The manager called the next morning to apologize and take time out to reach out to us which we have never expierenced prior from any hotel we have stayed at. The manager always too tiem out to come to our room and apologize again, which to us it wasn't really a big issue, just a very minor inconvenience at the time. They definitely went above and beyond to meet the expectations of their guests. I would highly recommend 10/10. The rooms also had a very neat set up/layout.

Pride was a blast

Last time we stayed here (2 years ago) everything was under construction. Luckily it’s quiet and over with now. Came for pride. Loved the bar this time around. Your bartender is incredible and so fun! Rooms are as pictured. Clean and spacious. Awesome views. Parking is never great but it’s an old building so it’s expected. Minutes from everything downtown. Yet we felt safe and sound.

We did not have breakfast and we did not look to see what was offered. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and the bartender was very helpful and provided easy to get to restaurants in the downtown area. The only slightly irritating thing was trying locate the parking lot/entrance to the hotel, there were road closures and it was hidden behind another building. Other than that we had a great stay.

Staff was not very accommodating. Not happy about paying for parking. Bar prices were high but liked the bartender. It is conveniently located close to BOK. Didn’t like construction at hotel, not informed. Parking and getting into hotel were complicated. Would recommend hotel email instructions or something.

Did not like having to pay $25 to park on the property. Breakfast should be included not an overpriced meal to be purchased. The padded bench is very uncomfortable and so is the plastic desk chair. Need to provide a comfortable couch and office style chair in the room. If this is an example of your hotel chain, I wouldn’t stay again or recommend.
