Should be closed by health department.

$100 CASH deposit mandatory. I still feel dirty. The roaches "bed bugs"get like some nightmareish horror flick. And if smellavision was a thing sewage fumes were coming from the drains. DO NOT PRE PAY FOR YOUR STAY! You will not get refunded when you want to escape. Stuff was falling from celling I think plaster (hopefully). Went to put my clothes away and there it was... a crack pipe at least it looked like one from the old say no to drugs textbook from school. I should've done more research before i prepaid.

First of all, there is a $50 cash deposit required at check in on top of using a CC to pay. This deposit was not disclosed at booking and they did not have a working ATM in their lobby which left me having to get back in my car and go down the road to the nearest ATM & pay a convenience fee on top of that. The room was absolutely filthy, bed and pillows were severely uncomfortable, AC made a horrible clicking sound all night and the bathroom tub and door was in complete disrepair. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO GET RIPPED OFF

I reserved and paid $51 for a room, but by the time that I made it there, there were no more rooms, so I had to make reservations to another hotel because I couldn’t get in there ,but instead of me getting my whole refund $10 of my money was kept because the Regency didn’t have any more empty rooms for me to stay in so they took it upon themselves to keep $10 on my $51 payment not cool at all and very unfair

Do not stay here

Dirty sheets (actual dirt marks on them), carpets (I was afraid to walk on it with bare feet), walls (chipped and dirty throughout), bathroom (dirty). Unsanitary conditions. Shower had a more of a tarp instead of shower curtain, with part of ceiling missing. Very unfriendly night clerk (young girl).

Dirty as hell, ciggarette burn holes in blankets, brown ass spotted sheets, they give you used shower towels, all rooms have bed bugs, no toilet paper, no remotes, can hear ever other guest around you having sex and yelling and screaming and slamming their room doors! All staff members are very rude and unprofessional.

Lowest of the low grade hotel

Nothing but problems - booked a smooking room and got a nonsmoking room. They also fraudulently kept the 100.00 cash deposit from a disabled person on the street. This hotel represents the lowest of the low.

Probably the only place you will find worse that this hotel is a jail. I can't tell you about the rooms because they never let me use mine. They demanded a CASH deposit to give me the key. I never carry cash, I haven't for more than 30 years, so I could not get my room. I asked for a refund, and they said I had to get it from Expedia. I tried, but they lied to Expedia and said I did use my room. How low does anyone need to go in order to lie and cheat for $50?. Anyway, that probably saved me from a place that may have anything from bedbugs to roaches and rats. Again, I never got to see the room, but the hotel looks nasty, and the area is horrible.

This is the worst hotel in Tulsa

Worst hotel in Tulsa booked and paid online when I got here charged me more plus deposit got in my room finally the towels look like someone else used them. Had beg bugs and roaches Maid only comes on Tuesday and Thursday. This hotel should not be allowed on your site. Crooks and nasty

This place is Not a hotel, it’s a filthy & frightening motel. There was piles of stuff right by the broken door of their office. Bad feeling & I left !! Reminds you of a horror movie so I believe a refund is in order

Towels were soiled dirty and used cockroaches no toilet paper the sink vanity was held up by piece of wood push pins all around the top of the room tape hanging from ceiling punch hole in bathroom door Tv did not work fire alarm with no batteries missing backing bed comforter and sheets dirty red stains full hand print of foundation makeup on comforter lamps with no lampshades white powder maybe drywall powder all over the backend of bed stains on carpet smelled like cigarettes and wet dog heater had pieces missing and door key scan lock seemed loose had to pay 50 in cash as a deposit the worst hotel I have ever been in
