Bathroom faucet was loose and difficult to operate. No room towels replaced. Front desk clerk was very nice & capable. She got no help from maintenance or housekeeping. Breakfast was good/adequate.

Weekend stay at this hotel was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location to shopping areas, Tulsa International Airport, Oral Roberts University and plenty of dining areas. Breakfast options were basic as to be expected, but good for on the go travelers.

Overall Great visit couldn't give 5 star due to the actual issues with Keycard constantly and the lady complaining about gettting Trained wasn't up to snuff. Room was decent walls are paper thin hotel smelled of Weed. So someone was either smoking inside or vaping inside the hotel. I am not talking someone smelling of it I could actually smell it getting stronger.
