Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel and room are clean. The shower is amazing in room 309. Really good pressure and we both needed a good water massage after the family medical crisis we were in. Only hiccup was room key quit work at 8 the next morning, slight inconvenience during our trip down to the breakfast bar. There was an old crushed velvet wingback chair in the room looks scary but was very comfortable. Bed was average with a metal frame the jutted out from mattress. Quiet environment.

Asked about doing laundry when we checked in. After washing clothes, the dryer didn’t work and the clerk said “oh, it should have had a sign it was out of order.” Lobby and halls smelled of pot smoke.

Room was clean, we did walk in to our tv on a movie so that was a little odd, but everything was clean. Very spacious, jacuzzi in the room was awesome once you figure out how to use it! Breakfast was kept full throughout the whole breakfast time which is not normal at other places. Had no issues with noise and slept well! Would definitely stay here again

The best of the best we have ever stayed at. We wi be coming back. Breakfast was hot and ready, the coffee machine is a full experience you have to be there to know. The bedroom was so spacious and quiet. Staff was extra friendly and warm even though it was freezing outside. Please keep this best of the best going.

The room was in better condition than expected. We were pleased with cleanliness and beds were comfortable. The night gentleman staff was really rude upon arriving, we didn't let that stop our stay. All in all, very thankful this was available, had an emergency and needed a quick stay near hospital.
