The front desk was not helpful when I told them my toliet wouldn’t fill up with water and I had to fix it myself. We had a pull out couch but no bedding or pillows for it. There is one tiny trash can in the room and the carpet needed replaced. The whole second floor hallway smelled like pot the whole weekend. The breakfast and the coffee were pretty good. Not a completely terrible experience but not a great one either. We really wanted to use the pool but it’s not heated and was very very cold. The little ones couldn’t swim at all. Probably won’t pick this place again in the future. But the price was good.

It was good. Was just on a short family get away with kids. Room was good, beds comfy. Offered breakfast, waffle maker was out of order ( of course that’s what kids wanted) but other than that was decent. Liked that they had a cappuccino machine as an option. Front desk was friendly had a pool it was ok

Staff was pleasant & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Pool & hot tub was a nice convenience. Breakfast was lacking. Waffle maker wasn’t working. Tried making a waffle our first morning and the batter burned so bad I could hardly get it cleaned off the plates. Eggs were super liquidy and sausage was cold. Good coffee tho. Overall, for the price, it was a place to sleep & unwind.

The housekeeper threw my Invisalign Retainer in the trash and I have not been contacted by management to be compensated !! I spent $6000 on my teeth and the retainers were extra and I went from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon without them. Please management reach out bc I stay here a lot!! Thanks

We had to be transferred to 3 different rooms within the first hour we were there. The first, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the tv didn't work. The second room refrigerator wasn't working, and traveling from out of state with children, we had food to refrigerate. The last room finally everything was in working condition. But the whole 3rd floor was smokey with marijuana smoke. After the second time we had to move rooms the front deak clerk seemed very short and irritated with us. We clearly just wanted the things we paid for to be working. They also charged us an extra $50 at check-in for incidentals, and that was never refunded. The only thing used were the shampoo and conditioner, we never even drank the coffee. The lady at the front desk told us twice that breakfast was until 10am. We went down to the breakfast room at 9 and breakfast had already been put up for over an hour before we got there. Very disappointed with everything we encountered at this hotel.

All of the employees of Best Western were very polite and did their best to make our concerns better for the night. Upon our initial view of our room it was atrocious. The carpet had bleach spots all over it. Large rips and frayed edges. White stuff on the walls. There was a roll of toilet paper left on the roll with literally 7 squares left on it. Not just in the corners and behind the bed was on vacuumed there was fuzz all over the entire carpet. Broken cabinets large clumps of dryed glue on the table. The mirror was broken at the bottom. The main door had a hole partially knocked in it and hadn't even been patched correctly. Plus the room was miniature for having a king size bed. It did not feel like a comfortable environment. So we requested a new room. We received a new room it was slightly better but not much cleaner. The sheets were very clean smelled like bleach. The pillows were little and squished into a tiny ball so it was very hard to sleep. The swimming pool is tiny it only goes to 4 ft and it was freezing. The hot tub has something broken in the bottom of it floating around it seems deeper than the swimming pool. This hotel is in desperate need of new carpeting. Also there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. So there's nowhere for the moisture to go. There were two gallons of what looked like urine sitting outside of the hotel door right next to us for a good four or five hours. It was obviously urine in in those jugs.

Bad experience all the way around
Was pre charged for the room which has never happened when staying there. Then upon checking in not only did they charge for the next night but they also did a pre authorization as well. Which made two payments become tied up to include also the incidental fee as well. So in total over 200+ when it should been less than 150.00. Due to all of this, I won’t stay at this hotel ever again. Not only that but housekeeping bugged us when it was early in the morning.
