Do not expect to get the room that you book if you book through Expedia. I booked a Magee room specifically for the lighted platform bed and hammock which my 7 year old daughter was very excited for. We checked in on the day of our stay and were not informed of any changes at check in, got to the room and realized we had been downgraded to a plain room with no special features. I went back to the desk to explain that there had been a mistake and was only then informed that they had purposely done this because "Expedia overbooks our rooms" and that all of the Magee rooms were booked and there was "nothing they could do". It wasn't until I voiced my displeasure and asked again if there were any other rooms with more redeeming features that were available that I was told there was a larger room with a small living area that they could move us to. I was not informed of this overbooking prior to arriving for check in and I was not informed upon check in either, I feel either of these options would have been more appropriate and given me the chance to look at other options. My daughter was very disappointed with the room and I was disappointed with the service. The hotel itself was fine, clean, not in the best neighborhood but not unsafe. The room service and snacks were overpriced and the hotel itself is overpriced in my opinion, especially since we didn't get the room we booked. I would not stay here again or recommend it to my friends or family.

I was so excited to go there because of the great ratings but it was terrible for us! We booked the Magee room but were put in Sunset. By the time I could sit down to review my reservation, my husband had jumped in the shower so we just stayed in that room. It ended up being extremely noisy all night. Then, to my disgust, when I got up in the morning, a blood tinged folded up wad of toilet paper fell out of the bed as a pulled my legs from out of the blanket. I took a shower and we left immediately.

Cool looking hotel has issues

Booked because it looked cool...ended up being fairly uncomfortable, lots of plywood and concrete services not alot of cushioning. Suites are on the bottom floor and overlook the parking lot. Was specifically looking for a place in downtown Tulsa where the kids could swim, called and inquired the day we stayed. Said they had a great heated pool and it was open. Surprise, pool had been busted for at least a day and had not been cleaned, Leaf litter was sunk to the bottom. Was told the outage was due to the windstorm and so they could do nothing...the windstorm had hit long before I called and booked...felt very BS, don't expect the hotel to function as advertised or management to care.
