HORRIFIC!! DO NOT STAY!!
Absolutely disgusting! Holes in the walls, sagging bed, missing toilet seat, homeless people in the lobby... Two rooms on my floor got raided by police in the middle of the night, my car got hit in the parking lot, lots of screaming in the hallways... This place should be condemned.

Bed bugs!!!
Bed bugs & bugs in general, woke up to being bit at 1am, several bugs in the bathroom as well. When I told the front desk, they didn't offer to do anything. So, luckily it wasn't freezing outside. I just gave them back my key and slept in the car.

The lady at check in was chewing and popping her gum. We arrived 20min early, there was no early check in (fyi). The bed and room were adequate. The bathroom needed to be gutted. Old, small loose toilet, bathtub and walls all scarred up . Stains all over the baseboards. We had 2 dogs but there is no designated place to walk them. Signs posted everywhere 'dont walk your dogs here, only use designated areas" there were none! Alot of homeless people hanging around the hotel.

Horrible experience. We arrived after a 7 hour drive and were told they would not check us in. He said he saw we had a booking and had pre-paid - but since I used Expedia he could not check us in because his computer is outdated. I spoke with a manager on the phone who was a INCREDIBLY rude. He told me: "Its your fault for booking through Expedia...if you bought a used car private sale you don't have the right to complain to the dealer when it doesn't work out." What the heck is he even talking about???? He said - "Its your fault for using Expedia." No, sir...it is your fault for having zero customer service training. We walked next door and stayed at another hotel.
