Not the best choice

It’s pretty bad when you get to your room to find a broken window on the second floor. Then you get assigned a new room, only to find a king sized bed for a mother & her 18 year to sleep in. We had requested two queen beds. After all that, we finally got a room, but couldn’t feel safe after finding that broken window.

Check in was easy and we going the attendant to be most helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean with only minor issues, like the outside trash can and trash can in the dining area needed to be wiped down. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast and good!

Key deactivated everytime we left the room, refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Unfriendly staff, dirty, the hotel needs a major revamp, I could hear everything through the walls, the floors felt like we would fall through them. Over all horrible experience and I’ll never stay again.

The front desk gave other guest access to our room, thankfully we were there at the time. Very unsettling knowing they werent paying attention and tried to double book our room. Also, had to go out to my car during the middle of the night and they had locked the outside door to get back in with no information posted that i was locked. I had to call and tell them I was stuck outside they picked up the phone only to hang up on me. I had to call another family memeber to come down and let me back in. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

Awful experience

As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, I knew the pictures didnt show the flaws. It took forever for us to get checked in. Once we got the our room, I knew we wouldnt be staying. The room smelled horrible. There were fingerprints and dried food on the tables and cabinets. Ill let you use your imagination on what was in/on the bed. I immediately called hotels.com and they called the hotel to request a refund. The hotel said they could not do that because there was not a manager there. We were moved to another room. It smelled better, but was not clean, the walls had paint missing, the lamp shade was busted and to top it off, my 5 year old found multiple THC gummies on the floor. I went down and asked for a refund again and was told i would receive one. I never did. It was a terrible experience. The rooms looked nothing like the picture. My children did not feel comfortable there. As much as i want my refund back, im just glad we left and was able to find a much better hotel for only $20 more.

The smoke detector was coming out of the ceiling in our room which was a hazard, so we had to switch rooms. This was after paying an extra $25 to check in an hour early. Every lamp shade was broken in the room and the tv didn’t work. We asked someone to come take a look at it and they never came. The pool was not full- it is only 3 1/2 feet at its deepest so pretty shallow, and since it wasn’t filled even to the bottom part of the tiles surrounding the pool, it wasn’t fun at all to swim in. The breakfast was okay but the waffle maker wasn’t turned on so we had to wait for it to warm up (about 10-15ish minutes). The coffee dispenser was broken so we had to wait for them to fix that too. The hotel is pretty run down - I was surprised it had the high rating we saw when we booked it. Water pressure was good, and the bed was comfy. Other than that, I wouldn’t go back.
