The front desk attendant, Deborah, was gracious and welcoming. Our room was as expected, clean and comfortable. Our only thing that was unexpected was having to pay for breakfast. We've never had to pay for breakfast at any hotel.

The staff was very kind. However, this was advertised as family friendly but I didn’t think I’d have to check if there was a pool and you have to pay for breakfast. If you are on a business trip this is the place for you. Not your family.
