Staff at front desk during afternoon and evening were not friendly. A/C was out in room. Took hours with no results from maintenance until we requested to switch rooms. Exercise/ weight room was out of order the entire stay. No extra blankets and pillows for pull out couch. Had to request at desk. It seemed like an imposition. Hospitality and food in breakfast and bar was wonderful. We really love this hotel, price, and location. As diamond memebers we hope to stay again, but we’re concerned at the staff difference since staying here last January. We had no issues at all then.

The staff were amazing for our stay, going above and beyond for our needs. We had our cat with us and she was treated just as well as any other guest and the room was spacious and EXCELLENT for having a pet stay.

The pool was being repainted and the smell was horrible and went all over the hotel. Our first room air conditioner didn’t work, we were moved to another room next to the elevator and it squealed loudly. The room key maker was broken and we had to be escorted to our room each time to get in.

The room televisions sound was extremely low could not hear sounds the bed very comfortable The hotel itself can use a new renovation and services they provided were great the the two nights complimentary drinks per night and breakfast was nice but the hotel for me is to out dated if they renovated the property, it would be beautiful.
