We have stayed here for many years, but I think we are done. The hotel is showing its age. They are doing improvements which is good. The workers on the front are leaving huge messes...there is styrofoam beads everywhere which cannot be good for our environment.....someone is going to trip over that mess and sue. The noise was terrible (not the hotel's fault), but drunk cowboys kept us up half the night....again....not the hotel's fault...could happen anywhere. Sink was clogged and dirty...no kleenex.... The staff is wonderful, pleasant and very helpful. We were there 5 nights and never had room service. The mess out front is terrible and hotel guests should not have to trip through that mess....I know the work has to be done, but it should be kept clean and neat.

Mattress was brown, sheets were discolored and nasty, pillows were hard and flat, walls were dirty, everything was broken including lamp shades, iron and ironing board was broken, there was no sink stopper, so I lost a few things into the pipes. And the worst part was they have extended stayers that live there and smoke marijuana in the rooms so the place smells like a big skunk! There was also a guy that pounced on me every time I walked out of my room to go to my car. I avoided the breakfast which wa sone Dey cereal

The staff for what they have to offer are as helpful as they could be. The property needs some serious updating. The rooms were not the cleanest and we did find a roach during our stay. The bathroom amenities are lack lustering and also some major updating. Our sink didnt even have a drain stop. Outside noises were very loud and woke us up at night. You have to request housekeeping during the stay which i found odd and not the normal. Ive heard of housekeeping every other day but none at all untill you request it is inconvenient. The towels in the bathroom are thin and have served thier lifetime about 5 years ago. This place really needs updating before we consider ever staying here again. The location of the hotel to the expo was the only highlight of our stay.

First room they put us in toilet stepped up and couldn’t be fixed and ceiling coming down. Second room they put us in lights missing light bulbs floor around toilet dirty and sticky refrigerator froze up and knob to adjust was missing Both rooms were dirty.
