The staff for what they have to offer are as helpful as they could be. The property needs some serious updating. The rooms were not the cleanest and we did find a roach during our stay. The bathroom amenities are lack lustering and also some major updating. Our sink didnt even have a drain stop. Outside noises were very loud and woke us up at night. You have to request housekeeping during the stay which i found odd and not the normal. Ive heard of housekeeping every other day but none at all untill you request it is inconvenient. The towels in the bathroom are thin and have served thier lifetime about 5 years ago. This place really needs updating before we consider ever staying here again. The location of the hotel to the expo was the only highlight of our stay.

First room they put us in toilet stepped up and couldn’t be fixed and ceiling coming down. Second room they put us in lights missing light bulbs floor around toilet dirty and sticky refrigerator froze up and knob to adjust was missing Both rooms were dirty.

Convenient to event but the hotel room felt like it was caving in on itself. It seemed like we were guna fall through to the floor below. Other than that it will do for the location.

Convenient in that it's a mere walk to the Expo center, however we had to go somewhere for breakfast because the continental breakfast was a joke. Also had to kill 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. Would be ok in a pinch, but not somewhere I will look to stay again.

Staff was not very good didnt clean clean or change bedding . The sheets had dirt and stains on them .. my son and kids got one room and the head was off the wall. Dirt in bedding. Not worth the price. Want stay again

Front desk attendants where super friendly. Breakfast was less than desirable there was no protein available only waffle, bagel yogurt. so we had to go find breakfast elsewhere that was inconvenient. Hotel was clean comfortable etc i would stay again
