Okay place to stay.
Check-in was rough. I was checked in under the wrong persons reservation and still waiting for the first charge to be refunded. Clerk just needed to slow down and double check when I told her I only booked one night and she just adjusted the other persons instead of looking further.

Def gone downhill. Toliet ran all night. Was not clean. Had to clean it. Our room smelled like POT!! Noisy all night. You can see under the door, so needless to say you hear everything in the halls 24;7. Carpet very stained in room. Just not up to a “Hilton” property. Will not stay again. Late night staff nowhere to be found. Had to wait 20 minutes on her to show up on her cell phone to purchase a few snacks and water.

Blatant disregard for customer safety and service
Double charged! Paid through Hotels.com and again at check-in. They assured me that the charge was not completed and would fall off my account. It has not. To make matters worse, the first time I laid in the bed I noticed a plastic bag wrapped around my room's smoke detector. I contacted the front desk, and they assured me that maintenance would be around in the morning to remove it and that the plastic bag would not affect the operation. The lack of concern for hotel guests put my family and everyone in the building at risk. Not to mention the complete disregard for any laws concerning fire safety in commercial buildings.

We had a really nice room. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and everything was very clean. If I had a complaint it would be that I don't think the refrigerator was working as well as it should have, as it did not seem to keep my left-overs cold. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you!

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. Everything was great but in the bathroom could use a shelf beside the toilet for stuff you might need while you’re sitting on the toilet and not put them on the ground. Also brighter lighting in the rooms, especially in the bathroom

Was in town for a wedding. They accepted our late check in and the lady was very helpful about what was still open near by to grab a very late dinner. Breakfast the next morning was ok. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Will return in future! We enjoyed our stay.

Fun on the Run!
Short girls trip with my two little girls! We used the pool, drank hot chocolate, and woke up to an amazing breakfast! All the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was clean, and the toiletries smelled so good.
