The front desk lady was extremely rude, it was my expedia account same as I always have, and showed my ID and they refused to allow me to check in even though I had a card to put on file, confirmation number, always done the same exact info and always been able to check in. I had 3 wet kids and a baby. Also extremely rude. Never had so many issues. Will not book with them again for this reason. I will book again with book with Home 2

Everything was ok. The staff was very helpful when it came to some needs in the room getting fixed. Pool is outdated. Beds are older so you sunk into them a bit. The area surrounding it was great for shopping.

The room was so nice and comfy!! Breakfast could use some additional fresh fruit options but for the most part there were a lot of other breakfast options. Front desk staff was so kind and welcoming!!

Room was very stuffy and smelled bad and no way to open the window, a little run down for the price. Lamp was all messed up, paint peeling, and again the smell of stale stinky air in the room. Potatoes and eggs were ice cold at breakfast despite being in a warmer. But common areas look nice. but I survived the night, nice it’s pet friendly. Bed was okay. 6/10

Staff was very friendly. Pool and gym were very clean. Breakfast is good enough for what I expected. The room we were given had an odor that we couldn’t quite figure out and it was noticeable when we first walked in. I attributed it to the age of the hotel be it water damage or what not. Overall a good hotel.
