Overall had a great experience! Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, just basic free hotel breakfast, but still appreciated having it as an option! We felt that the price we paid was very fair for the room & breakfast we received. Huge plus was the fact that the casino offers a shuttle to and from the hotel.
The heater in our room gave off a horrible smell, causing the carbon/smoke detector to go off TWICE in the middle of the night. Management did nothing about it and didn’t offer a discount. We left super early in the morning because we couldn’t sleep. Communication with the hotel afterwards was appalling. Stay away from this place.

We appreciated the shuttle going to the hard rock hotel at no charge and running for 24 hrs.
Had a difficulty at first coming in because of the mistake on my part on the wrong date, but the lady behind the counter out standing Lizzie, I think is her name she was fabulous. She was able to correct the situation she was able to do just wonderful I really love her. She does such an excellent excellent excellent job and I want to say thank you to her for me staying here.
When we arrived and given room keys the first room was torn apart and was obviously under maintenance. The second room they gave us keys to was an occupied room with other people’s stuff in it. The third room was a clean and available room. My largest concern is that we were given access to another person’s belongings, that is unsafe.
