The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was nice and quiet. It was close to food places and the Hard Rock Casino. The chips at the desk were cheap at one dollar a bag. The cleaning staff was friendly.

I’m only disappointed with Expedia, then Hampton. I accidentally made an appointment for a work related issue on the wrong 3 days. My fault I know, but Hampton couldn’t help and I be damned if there is a phone number and a person to call to try to reschedule, etc. The online assistant is horrible. I will not be using Expedia again.

Overall it was good, but was disappointed to be told we could be brought over to the Hard Rock Hotel in the evening (At 7:00pm) then when we went to the front desk, we were told the shuttle wasn’t there, that it was “offsite for atleast an hour) So we had to make alternate plans since we did not want to drink and drive after the casino.
