Breakfast was nasty, we were a little late to breakfast and got bombarded by a lady tellin us how we were late and we are lucky to be served at all non stop rude jokes while everyone laughed and in our face berating us constantly we had just woke up we drove alll night in town for family emergency we were in every way exhausted my wife was on the ver3of tears through this experience until she broke who wants to be bombarded by ignorance right after u wake up telling my wife how she would feed Our daughter its ok ill adopt u because we were 10 min past breakfast time and talking about how my wife was skinny and her clothes like why!? This place was a joke never again!!

Only issue we had with our stay was there were long black hairs in the shower, sink and even on our clean towels! Yuck! I have long blonde hair and my husband has short gray hair and we saw these hairs laying around the bathroom as soon as we got there! Oh! And the housekeeper coming into our room with her key card an hour before checkout wasn't fun either!

Pleasantly surprised by our overall stay at Hampton Inn Broken Arrow Ok! From check in to the fabulously stocked breakfast bar, the super clean rooms, comfortable mattresses…and most of all the friendly staff! Highly recommend this Hotel! They even had coffee ready for us at 4 am for our checkout and flight home! Offered breakfast bags since we wouldn’t be around for breakfast! A plus experience!!!
