Ok- might stay again not sure after the check in

Walked in and the hotel was nice. Then it came to check in… that was a nightmare. She searched for me for 45 minutes. I was chatting with hotels.com and they were amazing! The hotel employee wad searching the computer calling for help and was still having issues, I showed her all of the confirmation numbers and she was still struggling then she finally found it. It was absolutely terrible. The too was fine. Bathroom was dirty around the caulking of the tub and the paint on the walls was peeling. Paid $160 for the night and expected the room to be nicer.

Elevator was out, so had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Kinda tough for my 72 year old wife. The lady at check in said she would give us a discount, but because we got the room through hotels.com, we couldn’t get a discount! Kinda disappointed about that. Room was fine.

Room was nice clean and quiet. Pool was out of service bedding wasnt what i expected. I only stayed in room 30-45 minutes and checked out. I will never go back there. I would appreciate a refund!! Thank you

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. the area has major construction on the roads immediately around the hotel. which makes it difficult to get to area restaurants and access to highways a little more inconvenient, but very doable.

The hotel in general was nice, but the bed was really hard/firm and not comfortable at all. My fiancé even complained about it and he never complains about the beds in general. We will be trying another hotel in that area the next time to see if they have more comfortable beds.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. I enjoyed the stay even though it was brief. The check in process was easy, room was clean, & bathroom was nice. The only complaint I do have is as soon as I was going to get ready for bed I noticed one of the pillows was fairly dirty.

Upon check in I paid in full including the rip off fee of $50 for my dog. With no notice or explanation another bogus charge was added to my bill for $31.90 after I left. I highly recommend another hotel when you visit Sand Springs
