The property was nice, and room was comfortable. The bathroom sink area was tiny. Cleaning staff were super kind. Front desk and valet were unfriendly in our reception and departure. They acted troubled to help us. Food was just okay. Nothing great. For price, it was acceptable.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable, the breakfast however was horrible, everything was out at 8:30 am including the coffee and I could not find a glass for orange juice nor could find anyone around to ask for a glass

The hotel was just okay, we stayed for 5 days and we never had a maid service, we had to continue to ask for towels since our room was never serviced, the walls are paper thin we could hear Everything anyone in the surrounding rooms was doing. Over all it was clean but it wasn’t a 10/10. Closer to a 7/10

Nice place to stay in Tulsa walk to BOK.
Nice check in friendly staff. Helpful. Comfortable beds clean bathroom. Nice location when attending a concert at BOK. Reasonable prices and wonderful hot breakfast. Highly recommend

Great location for concert at BOK, clean.
Check in was great, valet service was very friendly and helpful. Night staff seemed very overwhelmed and irritated when a concert let out and the lobby was full. An extra market purchase was charged to my room, I'm assuming from this time when the employee was only writing down room numbers on paper. The morning staff were more than willing to work with me on resolution.

Convenient location if you’re attending an event at the BOK Center. Hotel is nice and clean. Parking is less than stellar, but it’s also downtown. The most unfortunate part is our room didn’t have working heat. In December that’s a problem. To be fair, we didn’t request an alternative room, we just dealt with the cold for the few hours we stayed. But you’d think that would be something they’d check when making sure a room is ready to book.

Hotel has no parking, you need to walk two blocks away from the hotel to park your truck. They do have valet parking but it’s only form 7:00am to 12:00am

Valet called at 11:30 after I was already in bed, stating they did not know how to drive a standard transmission, and I would have to find my own parking somewhere. At the time, they were extremely flippant about it, saying basically that it was a “me problem.” When I complained to the manager, she passive aggressively said sorry, but refused to try and make things better in any way. I found the staff to be incompetent and rude, and would discourage anyone from staying there.
