We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues These wouldn't have been noticed by a casual staff walk-thru. Once reported, they were fixed very promptly and professionally - very impressive! Staff was pleasant and helpful at all times.

My reservation was canceled without my knowledge. I showed up to the hotel and was told that since I used a third party they did not know there were no rooms available but let me book it anyways. Very upset being told at check-in that my room was canceled and had to go elsewhere. You need to figure out why your systems does not talk better with the hotel system in knowing if there are rooms or not.

They dont come clean the rooms. We stayed 3 nights and they never came once to empty garbages, make beds, or restock. The AC was out in the gym so it was 83 in the basement gym.

Nice Hotel

Large room. Comfortable beds. Great view. Room could get warm even with A/C set at 65. Only complaint would be parking is valet only.. $32 a day plus tipping. Easy walk to BOK Center. Would stay here again.
