Poor Room service, nice hotel

The remodeling of the hotel is VERY NICE! We were there Thurs-Sun and NEVER had our room cleaned. We were told it’s done every other day. That turned out not to be true!

The parts of my room that were finished were nice, but some final details weren’t quite finished. Lighting it’s the bedside was all bright daylight LED and not relaxing. Needs warmer lighting. Staff and breakfast were great!

The price was good

I didn’t realize this property was under a total renovation, and that would’ve affected my decision to stay there. The floor that we stayed on look like it was finished, but the rest of the property was not the bathroom door is absolutely ridiculous opening in or you cannot close it after you step in.

The two individuals that worked from April 10-13 were kind and polite and wonderful. The hotel was impeccably clean and despite the renovations, the stay was very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the service-minded attitude of the staff. Treat those folks good because they are hard to come by!!!

The room was great except we had no air so it was stuffy night. I also ask for a receipt or statement and they didn’t give me. They said that the 3rd party would give me one nothing! I paid the hotel. I am not sure if they charge me the correct amount. They also changed the name of the hotel

After paying for 6 weeks in advance upfront, I was moved to 4 different rooms within my first 72 hours there then informed at last minute 48 hours before 2nd 4 week reservation begins that they would not honor me as a guest, charged me $150 for sheets due to a sick kid having an accident, and forcing us to find another stay for 28 consecutive days 2 days before it begins but 12 days into my 42 day stay. Horrible management. Constant construction. Unsafe conditions if searching for a family-friendly stay; book elsewhere, unless your a single male working construction on vacation.
