The staff was courteous. However having to walk a mile from the parking garage to hotel then up escalators to check in and vice versa gets old. The room is not that impressive could definitely be cleaned better, the bed is so very uncomfortable and no matter what the thermostat was set on the air stayed off and everyone kept getting warm .

The room was so clean and this was one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! We had a corner room, overlooking the main road and didn’t hear any road noise. In addition, usually you expect to hear some noise from people walking around above you etc….i heard nothing! The beds were so comfy! I enjoyed the nightly happy hour right downstairs and coffee at the coffee shop was excellent! I loved to accessibility to the BOK center. It was great that we were able to walk to our event and not have to worry with traffic. I highly recommend staying here!

When we entered the room we discovered left over food and trash all over the hotel and the phone wasn’t working and one of the beds when we lifted the blankets food fill out of the blankets. Other then that wasn’t bad.
