Great place to stay, and check in was flawless. I was originally not liking the online pre checkin but that proved false. Checkin was easy using the online tool. The area provided amenities such as local fast food to upscale dining at a loc Hard Rock casino. No problem getting around as well. A very well kept property great breakfast as well as a comfortable stay.

Two staff members went above and beyond. Was not impressed with the room from day one. The bed had hair and looked to have been used. Booked this hotel for the pool and spa (not the casino) and the spa was broken the entire stay. The pool was so cold it was miserable, and we only went swimming once. Was definitely not an enjoyable vacation.
