Even though we had a reservation, but they did not have parking for our U-Haul. The lady at the desk said she did not have a room for us and we would have to go somewhere else. They also charged our room the day before we got there and then made us pay again the day we were there so we were double charged five business days later we still have not seen that refund. We understand that the staff was new and that is completely understandable. What is not understandable with her attitude and her rudeness. She did not even want to come up with a solution to the problem before trying to send us on our way if we would have had to cancel through Expedia they would still then charge us for the room, even though they turned away for this was that would be between us and our bank.

The hotel was nice and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Appreciated the small sofa in the King room. My only complaint was that the bathroom had bad lighting (for makeup application, shaving, etc.) and there were no places to hang multiple towels or clothes. The breakfast was average, not much different from most other hotels, except that the coffee was really good! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others in the area.
