Underwhelming Experience
Upon arrival the hotel is gorgeous. The lobby looked amazing and there was even a piano player. We entered the hallway of our room floor and it smelled like mildew. Our room started off extremely cold and got overwhelming hot as the evening progressed. The heated pool was a very nice temperature so that was a plus! Our room had no working phone and the rug felt gross like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. The shower was okay, but the pre-filled bottles of soap were also off putting (I used my own). It definitely wasn’t worth the price of the room which was nearly $200 for 1 night. I likely won’t return.

Christmas with a great view
The Marriott has become a part of our Christmas tradition. My wife and I are both Tulsa natives and the Marriott is half way between both their homes on the Southside. We love to get a room with a West view of Turkey Mountain and the Arkansas River valley toward downtown. Cajun Ed's Southern Kitchen, just across the street provides a lovely dinner spot and the I -house Starbucks is great for a morning cup just a marvelous stay.

Great place to stay, comfortable beds, great service. We got in late so it was nice to be able to have something to eat at the hotel bar before retiring. There was a problem with the elevators and at one point we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs, over all it was nice.

Everything was wonderful, especially the big room and bath items!!! I was very alarmed that I did not notice the exact same room was more expensive for my third night on a Tuesday night. After emails I was told I agreed to the price increase, which I was not aware of. My very nice stay in the Marriott across the street from my mom at Zarrow Point was wonderful. Mom was 103 years old and so pleased we could be there together , Judith Sanditen and Linda Werner. Thank you for a ride to the airport also. I tipped the driver. The front desk was nice even though I did not realize the cost of the last night being more expensive.

Best of the Best.
I’ve stayed at this Marriott on annual trips I make for business. I typically don’t sleep well while away from Home but not here. Excellent stay including breakfast buffet. Could not be more pleased. Will definitely stay again.

We booked our stay 1 month prior to trip we chose a King room. We arrive to the location to find the a long line of people waiting to check in with only 1 person working the counter. We get to the counter only to be told that they had sold out the day before and the king room that we booked was not available so they are giving us a queen room. Before a could even request a detailed reason we were told the queen room wasn't ready so we can sit in the lobby until it is ready for us. After waiting an hour in the lobby my wife starts doing her makeup IN THE LOBBY for the concert we had tickets to before I go to the desk to get the room keys that they forgot to notify it was ready. We travel a lot throughout the year I know what hotel brand we will no longer be booking.

Shower water was not hot, TV did not work but was later fixed (they had to replace the box), lots of kids running around and playing in the hallways (they had some event). Long walk to the parking lot especially when it was full. Room was clean but common areas need attention.
