We had to request towels everyday for the whole week we were there. They came in one time all week and made the bed only, never came in and cleaned the room the whole week we were there. And the breakfast is a joke
The first room they gave us had not been cleaned at all. Sheets unmade, food laying out, lights still on...
The second room they gave us had been "cleaned" but the floors were filthy. There was visible dirt and debris on the floor stains on the bathroom floor. For that reason, I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower during my stay.
The door was not very secure and I think other people had the same problem... There were slamming doors all evening/morning. Customer service was good, but I value cleanliness more.
Bedding was so stained. The room and hallway looked as if it wasn’t been vacuumed or swept in a while. No tv remote. Was fine for the night we stayed. Just expected more.
