Had a great stay at Osage, property is outside of Tulsa proper so plan accordingly if you visit. No shops or convenience stores near so hit those up before getting to the hotel.

Customer Service? Not really.
All of the customer service at the Osage Casino Hotel was subpar. No one appeared happy or eager to be of assistance. It had an “eye roll” feel with any question, and we are pretty easy low maintenance people.

Concert Nights May Be Iffy
The check in line was very long, but it was also the night of a concert. They opened up another check-in lane shortly after we arrived so that helped a lot. There was a free shuttle to the concert venue, holding 15 people at a time. Other guests we talked to said they had to wait a while to be transported to and from the venue. We drove and paid for parking downtown, and that was a nightmare!

Wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway. Wasn't exactly what we expected. The outdoor pool was overrun by children. We've been to lots of casinos and the cigarette smoke and smell was thick in this one.
