Nice Hotel

I loved staying at this hotel. Easy check in and clean room. I love the casino too but I don't like that there are no non-smoking casino areas. So, if you are staying just to play slots please be aware there is no area to play for non-smokers.

We stay at Osage every time we visit Tulsa; the staff is always friendly, the casino is clean, and the pool is my wife’s favorite part of the complex.

The check-in and check-out process was very easy. There were several cosmetic issues in our room and on our floor that showed a lack of upkeep. The mirror in our room had a broken frame, and it was just hanging off with nails exposed. Our toddler kept wanting to mess with it, so that was a little inconvenient. A family member staying in another room on the same floor noticed a puncture hole in the headboard of her bed. None of these things affected or stay as as a whole, but it would be nice for future guests if those issues were repaired.

The staff was very short with customers and not very welcoming.. I was given my room key, no explanation of the property, amenities or hotel, I had to ask which way to our room. Room was basic, the walk in shower seemed nice and updated but everything was very dusty and carpet seemed dirty. The drawers on the dressers were worn and chipping and could use some updating. Overall it could use a little TLC but does the job for a night stay.

They said the room given to me during check in was not supposed to be rented anyway construction startes early man on my patio during work checked out at 9 am didnt check in till 6 prior day complained didnt try to do not one thing to accomodate me even if they made a minimal effort but they kind of acted link i was conplaining for nothing although they said the room was under construction. Sent an email no response. I am person of color so typically this is how it goes we are not supposed to complain if something is wrong and we are looked at as the problem although they werent supposed to rent the room. I am use to it as to why i normally dont complain but no, it really wasnt right and we should be heard to.

They uniquely didn't have a single washrag in the room. With the shower door shut the bathroom floods when you take a shower. And don't accidentally leave a phone charger because in my experience personal property is not recoverable once left in the room after checkout. And however much you saved on a room will most definitely be given back if you sto gamble here. Plus
