The room was clean, but one light didn’t work and more towels would help. Breakfast needs better vegetarian options — no eggs, no bread varieties, and very limited choices. Overall, an okay stay but improvements are needed.

The place was absolutely dirty hadn’t been vacuumed. All the linens were stained an torn and when I asked for a clean set of towels, I never got any then the person at the front desk wanted to get an attitude with me when I questioned things. There were blood stains all over the mattresses under the sheets when I checked for bedbugs I didn’t find any bedbugs. That was a good thing then with all the drug dealing going on out of the bottom floor, the traffic in and out of the hotel was insane on top of that. There was two homeless men walking back-and-forth across the parking lot all night, barking at each other. This place needs to be shut down a new management brought in. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy. stay at this place.

The door had no extra interior lock — it had been ripped off the wall and the extra deadbolt didn’t work. The eye hole was still filled in with paper! 😳 The bathroom was really run down and only one of the four light fixtures above the sink lit. And it would fizzle in and out. This is beneath a Choice property.

First thing we noticed when entering the room was that the fire alarm was taken off the wall. Then the tv wasn’t working. After calling the front desk about the tv, he said I’ll be there in 5-10 mins. After 20 mins I tried calling the front desk again, no answer. Tried calling several more times over the next 10 mins, no answer. So then, I walked to the front desk two buildings away, there he was behind the desk. He told me sorry was doing another tv, headed there right now. 20 mins later he arrived. Took several cable box swaps to get the tv working. Then the no-smoking room we had showed evidence of smokers with the large burn holes in the sheets and bed covers. The tub even had burn marks! The bathroom towel holder was broken off, the shower head gave minimal water as the holes were clogged. I found roaches in the room. Running out of space to describe the terrible experience at this place. We will never return to this hotel.

First room provided looked like the people had just left. It was not cleaned at all and bed was stained really bad. When we went downstairs to request a new room they took their time to confirm that what we said was actually true. Second room provided was better than the first one; at least it was cleaned but bedsheets were stained. Food crumbs in some of the drawers. The day we were getting ready to leave there was a bedbug on one of the pillows. I would not recommend this place to any one. Breakfast was very limited and not good. If I could request my money back I would. Sad thing was that we were there for a concert an early birthday gift to my daughter and this ruined our first day there. We made the most of it but only stayed the necessary. We will not be returning.
