Property was greasy and sketchy. Room was extremely dirty and bathroom was gross. No smoke alarm and door frame was broken from being kicked in. The 1 shampoo bottle provided was half empty. Sketchy people hanging outside the room. We checked in and immediately checked out after seeing the room. I want a refund.
The room was a typical run-down smoking room. 1 ashtray, 1 trash can, 1 non working coffee pot, and 1 some times working hair dryer! The mattress was ancient to say the least. Would not stay in this room again. Oh and no daily cleaning of the room either. Yuck.
First of all, they cancel your key card every day! We paid for 3 nights. They gave our room to someone else and when we came back there was a pair of panties in our cooler! And beer in our refrigerator! They gave us another room so we had to move all our crap to another room. Then they cancelled our key card again, every evening!! It was horrible! Didn't give us part of our money back or anything else.
This facility wasn't up to the standards of Quality Inns I have stayed in before. There were no tissues in the tissue holder
There wasn't any hand soap for washing. The room wss not clean the lights were dusty
Ihave a service dog and they changed me $50 and said they would reimburse me aftet they examined the room. Said it would take about 5 days to see the refund. We were on vacation and this was not an expense I planned.
The room needs to be remodeled updated. The bathroom door I had tied a towel up to keep it open. In my second day of staying I seen and killed a roach I went to the front desk to let them know about the roach they looked at me like lucky that’s all you’ve seen. I had to constantly go get new keys cause the ones I had didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay there ever again and nor would I recommend this place to anyone period. I’m still waiting on my refundable $50. deposit..

This property is old and in need of a renovation. Room smelled musty and bathroom was dirty. Tub/shower floor was dirty. HVAC unit was very noisy and just turned it off so we could sleep. Location is along a busy highway and a lot of traffic noise late at night. Room card access didn’t work most of the time and needed to be reset over the three days we were there. Ran out of yogurt the last day of our stay.
Our room was musty and stains everywhere. Smoke detectors sitting on tables. Ceiling tiles falling down. We asked for another room, just as bad. Asked for a refund, were told to go through Expedia. We went to another hotel. Expedia couldn’t get through to the manager so no refund. Lost money and time. Aren’t there basic standards on cleanliness and building maintenance that should be followed?
Upon checking in i was told there would be an additional 50.00 deposit required. When I asked what this was for he told me it was to ensure the room was left clean. He then proceeded to charge my credit card the 50.00, separate from the room charges. He told me that I would receive that money back as long as nothing was damaged in the room. I’m not sure why and how they can get away with telling u this at check in and not before then. I will be watching for the credit on my card as I do not believe him. The room was decent, however we were given 3 TINY pillows for a king bed and when we stopped the second night to ask for additional pillows and clean towels he advised that he would have to bring them to our room. Over an hour later he never came. We will not be staying here again.
It was perfect for what we needed it for. We flew in late and had to leave early to get our destination. So for the 6 hours we were there, it was great.
I was told cameras on property didnt work. My money was stolen and the staff advised me the cameras didnt work in the lobby and outside where my vehicle was parked. The staff named gary lied to the police when we were the victims. Please give me call. I would like a refund of the 1 night i paid for. .
