There were blood stains on the sheets, the carpet was damp near the window, there was hair from someone else on the clean towels, there was some sort of purple glittery goo on the carpet next to a shard of glass, the toilet leaked and ran all night, and a smoke alarm in the hallway chirped all night. The night employee was rude and pressed me to make the deposit in cash. When I handed him the only large bill I had, he was annoyed and told me he couldn’t make change. The morning employee at checkout was very kind though.

The entire hotel reeked of smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Our faucet in our room leaked all over the floor and made a huge mess. The staff was not friendly in the slightest and didn’t seem to care that we ended up cancelling the rest of the hotel and going somewhere else. Also, there was a beer can that spilled in the elevator with a cig in the middle of it. So gross. Never again.

The ice maker on the 3rd and 2nd floor was broke. Had to go down the elevator to 1st floor to get ice. Halways needed vacuumed badly. Coffee and coffee maker in room but no cups to brew coffee in. Called front desk and asked for coffee cups...we never got them. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.
