Room 224, I stayed in the same room 6 mos ago and the TV is still not working. Ridiculous! Bedspread dirty. Dirty towel left on bathroom hook from previous hotelier, disgusting! Front desk clerk Danelle started waiting on me then stopped to check in person behind me yet im the handicapped hotelier. Not professional! Wouldnt provide me a copy of doc I signed for stay. Illegal! Deposit not addressed by Expedia, was charged addtl $50 besides room rate, deposit not returned to bank acct as of 3 days. Still waiting. Ive stayed at this hotel many times in 2025, spent a small fortune. Room 224 smelled of smoke use when arrived, unacceptable when this is a non smoking facilty. Unhappy customer 100%

I always love this place , I still haven't gotten my deposit back twice now so not sure on that tho and the hot tub was hot but the jets were not working and that's only reason we stayed there as I have a bad back

I stayed here Jan 24-25, and there was no heat it was -6 outside. The guy at the front desk told me he couldn’t change my room and just brought us a blanket. The room was great but the chair was broken in my room. Also I booked there because I wanted to use the sauna. Unfortunately it wasn't working. They did call to get it fixed.

I was looking for a cheap room due to a power outage at my house and Sky Tree didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I didn't have high expectations due to the cost but it was a good experience overall. I will definitely stay again if needed.

Staff was amazing and so accommodating and friendly. We had 3 rooms 2 queen, they were just what we needed after a long drive. Great water pressure and super hot. Clean rooms, nice TV, fridge and microwave. We didn't get to use the indoor pool, but a couple people did get use of it ..and the hot tub. Laundry facilities and gym...all great! We had plenty of breakfast options for our family of 10.
