Staff was friendly. I stayed 3 nights and I had to get my keys adjusted every morning. The halls all smelled strong of marijuana. Breakfast had no flavor. Bed sheets were worn out. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Countertops were dirty. Bathtub was very dirty. Towels had stains.

Overall thia hotel SUCKS.....would not recommend to anyone unless you are looking for drugs or a prostitute. Only ONE of the front desk employees was nice and tried to be helpful. She did her best to make it right and even got permission from the Management to UPGRADE our room when we checked in because we were beyond disgusted by the pool & jacuzzi, which is the whole reason we booked the hotel. We were there for a whole week and wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the amenities rather than going to spend more money in town. The pool looked more like a swamp, had nasty layer of foam on the top. You couldn't see the steps due to how awful it was. I have pictures! Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order as well as the laundry machines were out if order. There was cops called several times while we were there as well as the hotel "security" that did not make it seem very safe. The main door does not automatically open, they have a button they push for the door to open(at all times)...We were upgraded after trying to get a refund and go elsewhere, they do not offer refunds regardless of the situation, so when they offered to upgrade us to the king suite with an in room jacuzzi we agreed to not complain and appreciate the upgrade. After 2 NIGHTS in the room we were called by the RUDE front desk girl that told us we HAD to get back to pack our belongings and move to another room because we didn't "pay enough" for that room. Can't add anymore but SAVE YOURSELF DONT STAY HERE!

The breakfast was a little lacking in flavor. They also don't have individual portions of condiments. Giant peanut butter and jelly. Potential for allergy cross contamination . Not a lot of options either.

We have stayed here for 9 years in a row but i think the time has come to choose a new placebto stay for 9 days while were in Tulsa. The first 3 night's the pass key didnt work and we were at the last room next to the back door had to walk all the way to the from to get in got a new pass key and walked down the long hallway. Its hard on a 62 yr old body, breakfast is getting worse the microwave didnt work the waffle maker light didnt work to let you know its done. Mini sausage patties floating in juice didn't look good! The 4th morning i seen my 1st roach in 9 years on the bed killed it and went about my day. The last 3 days no room service had to ask the front desk for towels to take a shower.. Yes its time for a different place to stay in Tulsa.

The room was spotless and great for the price. Upon arrival we were asked to give them a $50 deposit after we had already paid online. Nothing was posted or noted saying we had to pay a extra deposit until after we arrived for check in. It would have been nice to know before hand

Didn’t stay there - first room stank like smoke - 2nd room was only marginally better. Pool and hot tub both broken - looked like they hadn’t been serviced in months - hallways were dirty - room wasn’t a lot better - coffee machine broke - forfeited my $700 to go and stay elsewhere as they wouldn’t give me any type of refund.
