The bed sheets were soiled on our first night, which shows that the room was not cleaned properly before we were checked in. The shower head had a building like scale and the sofa in the room was not the cleanest. Breakfast options were limited, which is a shame. The staff were very lovely, apologetic and helpful as soon as we raised an issue about the condition of the room and did their best to rectify it. The hotel is in a great location, lots of food choices and supermarket within walking distance.

The check in was horrendous. I was charged incorrectly and the staff AND management was unable to explain the charges. The manager at one point essentially called me a liar about charges on my card. Eventually it was straightened out and I was apologized to numerous times. The room was a disappointment. The bathroom was dated and looked unclean. Also, I saw a bug. I won’t stay at this location again.

My room has mold it in. I will be reporting it to the Marriott. The ac unit made noises all night. The ice machines didn’t work and only one elevator.
